Upgrade
When upgrading to Live Cloud Version 8.2.1000, calls, alarms and statistics data is deleted. AudioCodes Professional Services backs up this data to a separate virtual machine prior to upgrade. To receive the backed up data, open an AudioCodes Service Request.
